The Defendant, Edward Kennerson, is once again before this court. The Defendant is challenging his resentencing for various counts of theft and simple burglary. The Defendant was previously before us in two appeals: State v. Kennerson, 97-385 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/8/97); 702 So.2d 867, writ denied, 97-2850 (La.3/27/98); 716 So.2d 884; and State v. Kennerson, 97-391 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/8/97); 702 So.2d 860, writ denied, 97-2850 (La.3/27/98); 716 So.2d 884. In separate judgments this court vacated all sentences and remanded for resentencing.
