*541Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (A. Kirke Bartley, J., at hearing; Thomas Farber, J., at plea and sentence), rendered April 23, 2009, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 3x/2 years, affirmed.

The court properly denied defendant’s suppression motion. We see no basis for disturbing the court’s credibility determinations, including its evaluation of inconsistencies in testimony (see People v Prochilo, 41 NY2d 759, 761…
