Appeal from the 'District Court of the United States for the District of Montana; Geo. M. Bourquin, Judge. Suit by Peter Geddes and others against the Anaconda Copper Mining Company and others. From the decree denying part of the relief sought (222 Fed. 129), complainants appeal.

After the sale, and at a meeting regularly called and held under the authority of the laws of Utah, the requisite number of the stockholders passed a resolution directing that the corporation be dissolved, its affairs wound up, and its assets distributed.
