The court is asked to decide motions to quash subpoenas duces tecum filed by two attorneys who represented parties in now-*106concluded, related litigation initiated by the plaintiff in the present case. The principal question presented is whether the attorneys will be subjected to an undue burden, within the meaning of Fed.R.Civ.P. 45(c)(3)(A)(iv), if they are required to appear for deposition and produce the subpoenaed documents.
