Nahigian v. Belcher & Loomis Hardware Co.

These are two actions of trespass on the case, brought respectively by Anna A. Nahigian and Avedice H. Nahigian, her husband, to recover damages caused by the alleged negligence of the defendant in making repairs to a household electric ironer. Both cases were tried together before a jury in the superior court and, at the conclusion of the plaintiffs’ evidence, the trial justice granted a nonsuit of the plaintiff in each case.
