Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed July 13, 2016, which ruled, among other things, that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because he was not available for employment.
Claimant separated from his employment in June 2015 in order to care for his fiancée, who had suffered a brain injury and required 24-hour care. He thereafter applied for and received unemployment insurance benefits beginning on July 20, 2015.
