— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to set aside the 1976 real property tax equalization rates for the taxing districts within Orange County, as that rate was determined by the County Executive of Orange County, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated November 9, 1977, which invalidated (1) said rates and (2) subdivision (c) of section 3.02 of the Orange County Charter (Local Laws, 1968, No. 8 of County of Orange). Judgment reversed, on the law, with $50 costs and disbursements, and proceeding dismissed on the merits. The issue presented…
