hEric Wilson (“Mr. Wilson”) appeals his conviction and sentence for simple robbery. Upon review, we find: (1) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in concluding that the other crimes evidence was admissible based on the testimony of the investigating officers; (2) the State provided adequate notice of its intent to offer other crimes evidence; (3) the probative value of the other crimes evidence was not substantially outweighed by its prejudicial effect; (4) the sentence imposed was not unconstitutionally excessive as it complied with statutory law and…
