OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

This workers compensation case involving a worker, who was assaulted on the job by a third party, is before us on remand from the Supreme Court. Nasser v. Security Insurance Company, 724 S.W.2d 17. We previously reversed the judgment of the trial court and rendered judgment that the appellee-worker take nothing because his injury was not sustained in the course of his employment. Rather, we held that the worker’s injury fell within the third party “personal-animosity” exception of the Workers’ Compensation Act. Tex.Rev.Civ. Stat.Ann. art. 8309 § 1(2) (Vernon 1967);…
