The appellants were, respectively, president and treasurer of the corporation known as the World’s Pastime Exposition Company. The corporation had a business office at room 301 Opera House Building, Chicago, but conducted its entertainments elsewhere. The business of appellee was that of lithographic printing, and it secured a contract with the Pastime Company to do for it a large amount of lithographic work.
