Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered October 31, 2006, convicting defendant upon his pleas of guilty of the crimes of burglary in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree.
In April 2006, defendant pleaded guilty to burglary in the third degree, arising out of an incident in which he broke into a convenience store and stole a case of beer, in exchange for a prison sentence of 1 to 3 years.
