Affirming.

While Henry C. Bruening, Ms wife and daughter, of Dubois, Pennsylvania, were traveling south on U. S. Highway No. 25 in the late afternoon of November 29, 1943, near the northern limits of Berea, a truck belonging to O. B. McFarland, loaded with coal, traveling north, downhill, suddenly came before them from behind an automobile which had stopped momentarily on the highway to let a passenger out.
