This is an appeal prosecuted by the Honolulu Gas Company, Limited, from an order of the public utilities commission of the Territory, made on the 28th day of June, 1934. The proceedings were instituted and the order made under the authority conferred upon the commission by sections 2193 and 2202, chapter 132, R. L. 1925.
