Canyon Outdoor Media, LLC (Canyon Outdoor) appeals from the Canyon County District Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Tiller White, LLC (Tiller). 1 The district court ruled that because Canyon Outdoor’s easement was unrecorded and because Tiller did not have actual or constructive notice of the easement, the easement was unenforceable.
