(for reversal). . Decision in this case is controlled by our decision made this date in Brouwer v. Kent County Clerk, 377 Mich 616. Judgment below should be reversed but jurisdiction hereby is retained in this Court, to the same end as in Brouwer,- supra, until the further order of this Court.
