Plaintiff brought suit on two insurance policies issued by the defendant company. The insured, plaintiff’s minor son, died February 9, 1934. The policies were of the so-called industrial type, payable to a husband, wife or any relative by blood or connection by marriage of the insured, or to any other person appearing to the insurer to be equitably entitled to the insurance by reason of having incurred expense in behalf of the insured or for his burial.
