MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBTS

I. INTRODUCTION

This adversary proceeding requires the Court to make several complex determinations of the dischargeability of certain obligations created under the terms of a divorce decree. Since this proceeding arises in a bankruptcy case which predates the effective date of “new” Bankruptcy Code Section 523(a)(15), the dispositions reached here will have little, if any, precedential value.
