Plaintiff, Michael Kimble, appeals a summary judgment dismissing his action for damages in a slip and fall case against Defendant, Winn-Dixie Louisiana, Inc. We affirm.

On June 29, 1998, Plaintiff allegedly injured himself when he slipped and fell on a white substance, thought to be egg white, on the floor of the Winn-Dixie grocery in LaPlace, Louisiana. He filed suit on April 13, 1999 for his damages.
