SIMPSON, Justice.

This is an appeal by Mobile Home Undersellers, Inc. and Alabama Public Service Commission from a final decree of Montgomery Circuit Court, in equity, setting aside an order of the Commission granting a certificate of convenience and necessity to a motor carrier. We have been *3favored with excellent briefs .'from the able attorneys representing the parties.
