The amended complaint alleges in substance that defendants violated § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b), and § 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C. § 77q(a), in connection with the purchase by plaintiffs and sale by certain defendants of general and limited partnership interests in F. I. duPont, Glore Forgan & Co. Common law claims based on pendent jurisdiction are also asserted.
