In this case, we consider whether the circuit court erred in failing to find an accord and satisfaction by use of an instrument.
Phillip A. Glick Plumbing, Inc. ("Glick Plumbing") filed a warrant in debt in the General District Court of Rockingham County claiming payment due for plumbing work that had been completed on a house owned by Michael L.
