ERVIN, Justice.

The sole issue presented for our consideration in this case is whether the record contains sufficient evidence to support defendant’s conviction for conspiracy to traffic in more than four, but less that fourteen, grams of opium in violation of N.C.G.S. § 90-95(h)(4)(a). After examining the evidence utilizing the applicable standard of review, we conclude that the State presented sufficient evidence to support the jury’s determination that defendant agreed with another individual to traffic in opium by transportation.
