Respondent was admitted to practice by this Court in 2000. That same year, he was admitted to practice in Maryland, where he currently lists a business address with the Office of Court Administration.

In April 2015, respondent executed a joint petition with the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland, whereby he admitted engaging in fraud and misrepresentation in violation of rule 8.4 (c) of the Maryland Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct.
