This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court quashing a writ of certiorari filed by the plaintiff Elizabeth Shilvock against The Eetirement Board of the Policemen’s Annuity & Benefit Fund, wherein Elizabeth Shilvock sought to have her name placed upon the Pension Eoll of the defendant, as she is the widow of a deceased police officer who it is alleged died as the result of injuries received by him while on police duty.
