1 Petitioner Phuoe Pham (Claimant) appeals the workers' compensation court en bane's order denying his claim for compensation. After review of the facts and applicable law, we vacate the order and remand for further proceedings.

BACKGROUND

T2 Claimant was injured when he fell off a forklift while working for Wuu Jau Company, Ine. (Employer). Employer did not contest the fact of the incident or the injury, but asserted Claimant had intentionally injured himself.
