In this attorney disciplinary matter, the Commission on Lawyer Conduct (“Commission”) investigated allegations of misconduct involving Michael Hensley Wells’s (“Respondent’s”) use of a website, brochures, and telephone book advertisements to promote his law firm’s services. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) filed Formal Charges against Respondent. A Hearing Panel of the Commission (“Hearing Panel”) issued its Panel Report, finding Respondent had committed misconduct.
