Pending before the court are motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Cox Cable Communications, Inc. d/b/a Cox Cable Warner Robins (“Cox”) and by defendant-intervenor CATV Communications & Communications Service Co., Inc. d/b/a Centerville Telecable (“Centerville”), a motion by Cox to substitute parties under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 25(c) and a motion for a protective order filed by Centerville.
