The facts in the instant case and the legal questions raised by them are the same as those in Cargill, Inc. v. Spaeth, 215 Minn. 510, 10 N. W. (2d) 728. Decision here should be controlled by the Cargill case. Instead, it is diametrically opposed to it. In the Cargill case, the taxpayer was a foreign (Delaware) corporation having its commercial domicile in the state. It received dividends declared upon the stock of three foreign (a Delaware, an Illinois, and a Nebraska) corporations, in which it owned all the stock.
