' This is an appeal from the action of the board of review of "Marion county in assessing against Theresa Borden, executrix of the last will ánd testament of Henry Lee Borden, deceased, certain stocks, bonds and credits owned by the estate of her deceased husband, Henry Lee Borden, at the time of his death, and which, under his will, became vested in her.
