This writ of error involves procedural errors under the Workmen’s Compensation Act as well as questions pertaining to the correctness of the award. We will hereinafter refer to plaintiff in error Bennett Properties Company as employer or Bennett Properties; to defendants in error Hazel H. Stickley and her minor daughter Suzanne Stickley by name or as claimants; to defendant in error Industrial Commission of Colorado as Commission; and to Albert Stickley by name or as the deceased.
