Plaintiff-appellant Thornhill Publishing Company, Inc. (“Thornhill”), brought this antitrust suit against defendant-appellee General Telephone & Electronics Corporation (“GTE”) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, General Telephone Company of the Northwest, Inc. (“Northwest”), and General Telephone Directory Company (“Directory”), alleging violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and Section 7 of the Clayton Act.
