In this case the plaintiffs in error seek to reverse a judgment of the district court for Burt county by which they were adjudged guilty of burglary and sentenced to a term of years in the penitentiary.

1. Exceptions were taken to the competency of several of the jurors as disclosed upon their voir dire examination. Pour jurors are especially mentioned in the briefs, and special attention is called to the competency of the juror .Benson.
