Appeal from a judgment of the Wayne County Court (Dennis M. Kehoe, J.), rendered October 3, 2008. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a nonjury verdict, of assault in the second degree (four counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
