¶ 1. Attorney Thomas E. Zablocki appealed from two of the five conclusions of the referee that he engaged in professional misconduct and from the referee's recommendation that his license to practice law be suspended for six months as discipline for misconduct and that he be required to make restitution to a client. He did not appeal from the additional recommendation that for two years following reinstatement of his license he be required to make quarterly reports to the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility (Board) of his client trust account record keeping.
