This is an appeal from a final decree of the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, in Equity, rendered in favor of the complainant-appellee.

The original suit was instituted by the appellee J. P. Kuykendall against Marcus B. White, individually and as administrator of the estate of L. B. White, deceased, and the surety on his administrator’s bond, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, a Corporation, hereafter called Hartford. The suit arises out of the execution by L. B.
