Before the Court is [25] the government's motion to disqualify defendant Amber Crowder's counsel, Gregory Lattimer. The government claims that Lattimer must be disqualified because of a "web of representations" he has allegedly spun, serving as an attorney not only for Crowder but also for defendants' companies-A Simple Solution, LLC and Education Connection, LLC-and, at one time, for Crowder's co-defendant, Shauna Brumfield.
