We will first discuss the question as to whether the court erred in overruling the defendants’ general demurrer. As to this question the allegations of fact in the petition are very similar to the allegations of fact in Williams v. Grier, 196 Ga. 327 (26 S. E. 2d, 698). Since the facts in the Williams case were discussed specifically and at length in that opinion, we have set out somewhat in detail the allegations of fact in the instant case.
