OPINION ON REMAND

PARKS, Judge:

Roger Dale Stafford, Sr., appellant, was charged with three counts of First Degree Murder in McClain County District Court Case No. CRF-79-83, in connection with the deaths of Melvin Lorenz, Linda Lorenz and Richard Lorenz. Following a jury trial, appellant was convicted and sentenced to death on all three counts. 1 This Court affirmed the convictions and sentences of death in Stafford v.
