These are consolidated cases involving appeals by two employers from awards of workers’ compensation benefits to their respective employees. LTV Steel Company, Inc. (LTV) appeals from the Order of the Commonwealth Court, which affirmed an Order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), affirming an award of hearing loss benefits by a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) to employee John Mozena (Mozena).
