George V. Smith appeals the district court’s grant of the School Board of Orange County’s (“School Board”) motion for summary judgment in Smith’s pro se employment discrimination action. On appeal, Smith challenges several nondisposi-tive orders entered by the magistrate judge, the district court’s denial of his motion to amend his complaint, and the court’s grant of the School Board’s summary judgment motion. For the reasons discussed more fully below, we affirm.
