WILLIAMS, Judge.

This appeal arises out of a judgment partitioning a community property regime with a retroactive dissolution date of March 22, 1979.1

*32The trial court found Mrs. Turner’s claim, that a certificate of deposit in the sum of $110,000.00 was purchased with funds inherited by her and hence her separate property, is without merit as the inherited funds were commingled with other community funds and expended for the benefit of the community.
