After the ¿ssessment roll for"the'year 1933 was prepared and presented to the board of review, appellant filed with the board objections to its assessment, claiming *395that its assessment was excessive. A hearing was had before the board of review, commencing on January 16, 1934, at which evidence was offered on behalf of the taxpayer in support of its objections to the assessment, and on behalf of the city to sustain the assessment.
