After Edelberto Escalera Perez (“Escal-era”) fell to his death through a warehouse skylight while painting the warehouse roof, his widow, Caridad Blanco Fuentes (“Fuentes”), sued Rolling Shield, Inc. (“Rolling Shield”) and Sandel, Inc. (“San-del”), alleging that they were negligent by failing to keep the premises safe. Fuentes now appeals the trial court’s entry of final summary judgment in favor of Rolling Shield and Sandel, and appeals the trial court’s entry of an order granting Rolling Shield’s motion to strike the affidavit of Fuentes’s witness, George W.
