Appeal by the defendant in a bill in equity, brought to remove a cloud upon the plaintiff’s title to certain real estate in Waldoboro. By the decree the plaintiff was enjoined from asserting any title to, and ordered to release to the plaintiff all his interest in two third parts of the premises.
