GREENE, Judge.

Movant Gregory Tim Whites was jury tried and convicted on November 12, 1976, in the Circuit Court of Maries County, of the crime of second degree burglary and, by reason thereof, was sentenced to serve 6 years in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections. On appeal, the judgment and sentence of the trial court were affirmed. State v. Whites, 554 S.W.2d 518 (Mo.App.1977).
