Appellant Fidel Stewart was convicted by a jury of one count of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020, RSMo (1978) and one count of kidnapping, § 565.110, RSMo (1978). The circuit court of the city of St. Louis entered judgment on the jury’s verdict and sentenced appellant to serve two concurrent fifteen year sentences.
