OPINION AND ORDER
LYNCH, District Judge.
In this Lanham Act action for trademark infringement, Novartis Animal Health US, Inc. (“Novartis-USA”), the American affiliate of Novartis A.G., a manufacturer of veterinary pharmaceuticals, moves for a preliminary injunction against defendant Abbeyvet Export Ltd.
