JANE B. STRANCH, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Ricky Brown of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and possession of a firearm after a previous conviction of a felony offense. On appeal, Brown challenges the denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized from his residence pursuant to a search warrant. We conclude under the totality of the circumstances that the warrant was issued without probable cause and that the good-faith exception does not apply. Accordingly, we REVERSE the district court’s…
