A decree heretofore entered in this cause on February 17th, 1947, carried out the court’s determination that two agreements entered into between the complainant, George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery Association, and the defendant *49Memorial Development Company, marked in evidence as Exhibits G-8 and G-l, were illegal and void and contrary to the public policy of this state, and that title, to certain lands comprising the cemetery involved in this suit, including the right of sepulchre, was indefeasibly'vested in the complainant.
