Joseph Class, of New Haven, receiver, appointed by the Superior Court (Loiselle, J.) on November 24, 1964, in a foreclosure suit instituted by the plaintiff, assigned to the plaintiff a claim for rent in accordance with an order of the Superior Court dated April 30, 1965 (Palmer, J.), and now seeks in this action against Empire Auto Body, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the tenant, to compel it to pay the rent for the month of December, 1964.
